Are you suffering from Low Delta T?? Check out the Belimo Energy Valve. It is a two-way pressure independent valve that measures energy and controls power. Using the Electronic Pressure Independent Valve (ePIV) platform, the Energy Valve measures the coil energy using an electromagnetic or ultrasonic flow sensor, water supply, and return temperature sensors.  It also manages the Delta T. In addition to the standard analog signal and feedback wiring, it communicates its data to the Building Management System via BACnet MS/TP or BACnet IP. The valve is available in non-spring return and electronic fail-safe products.  The built-in web server collects up to 13 months of data that can be downloaded for further use.

Inovonics…Not Just An Alarm Device

Inovonics EchoStream technology that is scalable  mesh network not only can provide alarm information but can also be used in security applications.  The receiver can be hardwired or integrated to various panel manufacturers’ products.  The reception desk is usually placed in a location for its architectural appearance and pedestrian flow.  Generally, allowances are not given for getting wires to and from the deck location. Often, they are moved after the building has been built and there is no wire path.  A small low cost receiver can be added near the door wiring or access panel to receive wireless signals from a portable or fixed push button.  Even multiple buttons can be added at several locations in relation to the door.  This is a third generation product that is very dependable with installations that stay within the limits of the radio signal strength.  Even if your application may stretch beyond the distance the signal carries, a repeater can easily be added to extend the range.  Just power and go.

Belimo EF Series spring return actuator has a high torque output and can withstand tough environmental conditions.  

The EF can reduce costs by simplifying wiring and mounting requirements while being the extremely powerful. It utilizes rugged components in a pressure cast aluminum housing for reliability and strength It has a high torque output and can withstand tough environmental conditions.  The EF can reduce costs by simplifying wiring and mounting requirements while being the extremely powerful.  Piggy-back mounting is possible for higher torque. Custom models are available for various applications and various cable length options are offered.   Manual override is standard on all models.  MFT models offer proportional control functions and signals that can come programmed from the factory or adjusted in the field. All standard -S models come with two switches: one fixed and one adjustable.
