For starters, this is a true, low range sensor.  It boasts high performance while no additional amplification is needed to reach range requirements as low as 1 PSI.  Its accuracy is exceptional; with +/- 0.25 FS on ranges 1 to 10,000 PSI, making it the choice for any demanding application.  For high pulsations or unexpected spikes, the unit counters with its built-in, patented overpressure stop that can withstand up to 16X the rated range.

The design is rugged, yet flexible for use where needed. Offering several options for electrical and pressure fittings to meet enumerable installation configurations, the Model 209 was also produced to operate over a wide temperature band.  While being compatible with many types of liquids and gases, it serves on low-cost DC power and is suitable for high vibration and shock environments.

NEW CONFIGURATIONS FOR SETRA LITE™

Setra has made some adjustments to the options available on their LITE™ Series of Pressure Indicators.

Recently, the product was only offered with transducer range (In WC or Pa) and Accuracy.  The device is now produced with several customizations available for a wide range of applications.

Setra's LITE™ Series

Along with Transducer Range and Accuracy the customizing features choice of Alarm (Visual only or Audio and Visual), Mounting Location (Outside Room or Inside Room), Color (White or Black), Orientation (Portrait or Landscape), and Additional Accessories including Quick-Mount Kits, or Dual Alert.  These additional accessories were designed for different use cases;

For ‘Monitor Only’ no accessory needed, and the LITE is used for permanent, simple monitoring of air flow.  The ‘Dual Alert’ accessory provides the simple monitoring of air flow where the status is needed in both spaces.  When ordered with the “Quick Mount Kit” accessory, the LITE is enabled to simply monitor air flow on a temporary basis, or when needed. 

The room pressure monitor now offers a visual and audio alarm.

There are many different needs for many different applications, and the LITE Visual Pressure Monitor provides a cost effective, yet highly accurate method to measure and display the room differential pressure for areas that require a manual verification. 

With many features that are normally found in larger, more complex room pressure monitors, the Setra LITE sensor utilizes Setra’s pinpoint accuracy and the reliability that you have come to expect.  And installation is simple, since the unit is small comparatively; it fits in a single-gang US electrical box, powered by 24VDC or VAC.

Setra Lite™ Series Makes Monitoring Room Pressure Simple!

The Setra Lite™ Series

Introducing the easiest, most basic room pressure visual monitor that will find out there!  Setra Systems has developed this simplified solution with their new LITE series; green means “good to go” and red indicates an alarm.

The bright light ring on the monitor is clearly visible from a distance and varying angles.  The pressure value on the digital display allows for always-on or momentary indication, and a Positive or Negative room mode.  

It's as basic as it gets with the status and alarm indications.

Designed to install neatly within a single gang electric box, the Lite provides a visual representation of the pressure by way of Setra’s capacitive pressure sensor.  The Lite canalso integrate with your building management system via an analog output for pressure signaling.  It also includes connectivity to the Setra FLEX™ Environmental Room Monitor.  Most notably, the Lite was designed to replace the previously burdensome “ball/tube through wall” pressure indicators.

Typical applications for the Setra Lite include sterile processing and storage, laundry services, hospital room monitoring and infectious control.

Setra Current Switches
