Honeywell Analytics Sensepoint XRL: Gas detection meets Bluetooth® technology.

Honeywell Analytics has designed the Sensepoint XRL, a fixed-point gas detector that is Bluetooth® enabled for connectivity to a mobile device.  The XRL is available with either mA loop analog output or Modbus RTU, which may be integrated into legacy systems or new installations.  Included are bright indicator lights for high visibility to easily locate a detector in need of maintenance.

The Sensepoint XRL gas detector comes in yellow or charcoal grey.
The Honeywell Sensepoint XRL smartphone or smart tablet interface allows customers to pair the gas detector with their mobile device.  Through use of the Sensepoint App one may perform many tasks related to installation, commissioning and maintenance.
For the initial calibration, only the app and a cylinder of calibration gas is needed.  After creating a profile for the detector, the user would then select alarm set points, run test procedures and generate automatic reports.  This smartphone-based experience reduces time spent on gas detector maintenance.  Diagnostic information is produced with ease as the application enables a selection of various reporting from simple maintenance checks to complete gas history for safety audits.  Through the mobile app you may also reconfigure settings, and read gas concentrations in real time.
The Sensepoint XRL is also compatible with TouchpointPlus; a configurable system controller for up to 16 channels of gas detection.  Sensepoint XRL with Touchpoint Plus creates a complete gas leak detection system.
E-Controls.net now offers Honeywell Analytics’ Sensepoint XRL line of Bluetooth® enabled commissioning and maintenance devices.  Each Sensepoint XRL is supplied with 0.75” NPT or M20 metal stopping plug, Hex Allen key, and registration sheet.  It’s fully configurable via Bluetooth® on your Android Smart Device.
