For whatever your power and current monitoring needs are, you can rely on Greystone Energy’s line of current sensors and switches, suitable for a variety of applications. There is a series sure to meet the project requirements at any level. Let’s take a quick overview of Greystone’s current offering.
CS Mini Switch |
Model CS,
is a series of mini current switches that monitor line current. Suited for electrical loads such as lighting,
conveyors, pumps, heaters and fans. When the trip point is exceeded, the output contacts close. 0.5 Amps is the factory set trip point on the
CS-GnG-100, and the CS-610-75 model is field adjustable for .75 to 75 Amps
simply by knob rotation. The CS Series
minis have no external power requirements, rather it is powered via the AC
line’s induction that’s being monitored.
CS Switch Series |
A step up
from the Minis, is the standard CS Series that have a factory-set trip point of .75
Amps on the model CS-GnG-200 and a range of 1 to 200 Amps on the CS-610-200,
which is field adjustable. Again,
powered exclusively from the induction of the AC line which is monitored.
SC Switch Series
The Model SC is a series of AC current switches which are "split-core". These solid-state switches activate contact
closure when monitored current surpasses a pre-set level. There are several
versions for the switching of various loads. Built in LEDs display switch
status and device power. Capable of monitoring to 200 Amps continuous, this
series has the added benefit of an auto-range circuit, replacing manual
jumpers.
CS-425-HC Series
For high output current switch needs, seek the model CS-425-HC. A solid-state switch that includes Normally Open TRIAC outputs to monitor and control high-current AC loads. These also feature internal circuits powered via the induction monitored. Loads can be switched from 120 VAC to 2.5 Amps by the device output.
CS625 Series |
Greystone's CS-625 is a high output AC current sensor, which is customarily used in motor control providing On/Of Status, motor failure, belt loss and proof of operation. External power not required. Capable of switching loads up to 1 Amp or 240 VAC.
Power monitoring has never been made more simple than with Greystone Energy's Current Switches and Sensors offering. Find these and any other Greystone part at E-Controls.net today.
