Utilize Inovonics Receivers For The Integration Of Wireless Devices.

Since 1986, Inovonics® has led the way with their patented use of 900 MHz, wireless technology.  As the leader in the technology for life-safety applications, Inovonics® produces cost-efficient, scalable solutions for the commercial security and senior living markets.

The Inovonics® EchoStream network (UL 2560 Certified) is the basis for providing complete coverage and effective communications as a solution to a variety of projects.   Producing a wide variety of transmitter devices that each cater to a different set of needs, these transmitters require a communication receiver designed to acquire and process these signals.  Let’s take a quick look at the Inovonics® offering in their receivers category.

Inovonics® EN4000

The EN4000, Universal Serial Receiver

Used as wireless gateway between EchoStream one-way transmitters such as those for analog, temperature, submetering or security, and headend application via RS-232 serial interface.

Inovonics® EN4200

The EN4200, Security Only Serial Receiver

Along the line of the EN4000, this receiver is for security only, as the head-end for EchoStream security transmitters.

Inovonics® EN4204R

The EN4204R, Four Zone Add-On Receiver with Relays

Expanding receiver capabilities is this four zone add-on that includes relay output programs, administering to up to 4 Inovonics transmitter devices.  It also incorporates Form C relays on each output that allows connectivity to hardwire panels or wireless applications that are “stand-alone”.

Inovonics® EN4216MR

The EN4216MR, 16 Zone Multi-Condition Receiver with Relays

The supervising abilities expand further with this 16 zone multi-condition receiver. Here, 16 single or multiple condition transmitters are monitored and includes the Form C relays for each output.  Included is a two-line text display, configurable outputs for different modes, jam detection, case tamper protection, and 6 form c relays for connecting to any panel.

Inovonics® EN4232MR

The EN4232MR, 32 Zone Multi-Condition Receiver with Relays

Doubling the strength of the 16 Zone Receiver is the 32 zone multi-condition receiver, that exhibits all the attributes of the EN4216MR.  This receiver supervises up to 32 high performance EchoStream transmitters added to an application.

Inovonics® offers unrivaled network infrastructure, APIs, an expansive cloud platform and reliable hardware components.  Their technology is capable of seamless integration into a variety of premise-based or cloud applications.  For nearly 40 years, they’ve provided solutions for Commercial Monitoring, Security, Multi-Family Submetering and Senior Living environments.

Inovonics® Introduces New BACnet/IP Gateway

E-Controls.net welcomes the Inovonics® EN4080 IP Gateway to our product offering.

Inovonics®, a commercial wireless leader, has just introduced the EN4080 IP Gateway.  This device combines the functionality of the EN4000 receiver with the flexibility of an IP appliance.

The EN4080 features optional Power over Ethernet (PoE) and supports over-the-air updates.  External LEDs indicate power, IP connectivity and message receipt.

Required with purchase of the EN4080 appliance are one of the two licenses designed for the proper function.  With a BACnet/IP license (SKU=LICBACNET) the IP gateway outputs messages in the BACnet/IP protocol, widely used for building automation and control networks.  With a MQTT, or Message Queuing Telemetry Transport license (SKU=LICMQTT), the IP gateway outputs messages in the MQTT protocol.

The EN4080 is compatible with the following Inovonics transmitters:
EN1210, EN1210W, EN1223D, EN1235D, EN1260, EN1261HT, EN501, EN1702, EN1721, EN1722, EN1723, EN1751, EN1752 and the EN1941.
